Your student account and an invitation or connection data received from the office. The app account and the OSK student record must be linked.
Follow these steps
Check the account
Sign in to the account you use for learning. If connection requires an account, make sure you are not only using a guest profile.
Open My school
In the app open My school. If no school is connected, use the connection flow and invitation supplied by the driving school.
Verify the invitation
Make sure it refers to you and the correct school. Ask the office to verify an expired or incorrect link; never use another student's invitation.
Select the correct training
If several enrolments exist, use Choose school and course. Compare school, your name and category. Subsequent screens refer to the selected course.
Check the summary
Read the school card, contact information and next lesson. If the course is still missing, ask the office to verify the account link, student record and enrolment.
What to enter and what it means
- App vs browser
- In the app the entry point is My school. In the web portal student sign-in is separate at /student-login.
- Several courses
- This is not necessarily an error or duplicate. Select the course relevant to the planned lesson.
How to verify it worked
You can see your school and the correct course. This link allows assigned lessons to be read; an account alone is not enough.
Do not disconnect the school or create a new account as the first attempt to fix a missing lesson.
